* Customers can schedule drop-off services online.
* We will confirm your service order via communication through the method you used to schedule.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service orders at our discretion.
3. Pick-Up and Delivery:
* We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled pick-up and delivery times.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by scheduling conflicts or circumstances beyond our direct control (e.g., traffic, weather).
* It is the customers responsibility to make sure the delivery and pick up locations are safe and accessible.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate address and contact information.
4. Garment Care and Liability:
* We will handle your garments with care. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or items not suitable for normal laundering.
* Customers are responsible for checking pockets for personal items before giving clothing to oh wow cleaners.
* We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
* We are not responsible for loss or damage to items that are not labeled with care instructions.
* Any claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Subscription Services:
* We offer subscription services for drop-off and pick-up/delivery with monthly billing cycles.
* Subscription prices are subject to change with prior notice to subscribers via email.
6. Subscription Cancellations:
* Subscription cancellation policies are as outlined in our service agreement, which may vary depending on the specific subscription.
7. Account Specifics:
* Customers must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and schedule services.
8. Loyalty Program:

* We send approximately 10-20 marketing emails and texts per month, distributed throughout the month.

* We strive to provide exceptional and customizable services. However, we are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control.

* During periods of high volume, response times may be delayed by 24 to 48 hours.
* For the fastest assistance, we recommend contacting us via text message or in person at our store.

* If mediation is unsuccessful, we may resort to arbitration.
* Any arbitration proceedings will be conducted in New York City, New York.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand behind our laundry services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your online pick-up and delivery service, we will offer a free rewash or a refund, as determined by Oh Wow Cleaners. However, please note that refunds are limited to one (1) instance per customer, even in cases of service errors on our part.
2. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
* Service Errors: If your clothes are returned smelling unclean, are not packed properly, or in similar situations demonstrating a failure on our part to perform the service correctly.
* Damage or Loss: If your garments are damaged or lost due to our direct negligence during the online pick-up and delivery process.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
*Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for damage that existed before we received your garments.
* Lack of Care Instructions: We are not responsible for damage to delicate or special care items if you did not provide specific care instructions.
* Customer Dissatisfaction Due to Personal Preference: Results are subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every customer will be fully satisfied with the outcome.
* Delays Outside of Our Control: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather.
* Items left in pockets: We are not responsible for items left in pockets, or the damage they may cause.
4. Refund Process:
To request a refund or rewash for online pick-up and delivery services, please adhere to the following:
* Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
* Contact: Contact our customer service team via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
* Proof: Provide clear photographic evidence of the service issue.
* Assessment: Our team will assess your request within 48-72 hours.
* Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
* Damage/Loss Compensation: For damaged or lost items, you must provide a receipt. If a receipt is unavailable compensation is capped at $50. Oh wow cleaners will take a photo of the item in person.

* Subscription service refund policies will be added at a later time.
