General Policies
- Operating Hours: 24 Hours / 7 Days
- Customer Responsibility: Inspect items for personal belongings before drop-off or machine use. We’re not responsible for items left in garments.
- Garment Inspection: Not liable for damage due to items in pockets, pre-existing conditions, or garment unsuitability.
- Payment: Due upon use of machines, drop-off, pick-up, or delivery. We accept cash, Zelle, credit cards (Visa, etc.), Apple Pay, and Google Pay for drop offs and pick up and delivery orders. Please note that drivers do not carry cash with them when delivering laundry, please provide the exact change or receive credit for your next order. Our washer and dryer machines only accept quarters.

- Price Match Guarantee: We’ll match prices from local laundromats within a 1 miles radius. Please provide us with a timestamped photo with location. We reserve the right to verify.

Washer & Dryer Machines Policy
- Self-Service Use: Machines are available 24/7. Use at your own risk. Customers are responsible for properly operating washers and dryers.
- Inspection Required: Please inspect machines before use. They are shared and may have been used with products or items that could affect your load. We are not responsible for residue, foreign objects, or machine-related damage.
- Machine Support: If you need help, ask our attendants 24 hours 7 day per week. All of our employees take a 30 minute break, if staff isn’t present you must still follow the instructions posted or contact us for support.
- Assumption of Risk: By using our machines, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any damage or loss. Oh Wow Cleaners is not liable for color bleed, shrinking, melting, machine jams, or other issues caused during self-service use.

Drop-Off Laundry Policy
- Minimum Weight: 20 lbs
- Custom Requests: Check our pricing page. For special items, call 718-504-6214.
- Turnaround Time: Usually 24–96 hours. Faster service available for a fee.
- Unclaimed Items: Held for 90 days. After that, donated to charity.
- Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case. Please review our full Refund Policy for more details.
Pick-Up & Delivery Policy
- Minimum Weight: 30 lbs
- Scheduling: 9 AM – 9 PM via phone or booking tool.
- Service Area: Within 15 miles of 98-14 Northern Blvd, Corona, NY 11368.
- Booking Notice: Book at least 6 hours in advance.
- Cancellations: Call/text at least 4 hours in advance.
- No Show Fee: $6.99 applies for no-shows or late cancels.
- High Volume: Delivery may take 72–96 hours during peak times.
- Secure Exchange: Hand items directly to our driver. Not responsible for unattended bags. Photos are taken on pickup.
- Order Updates: You’ll receive text alerts when your laundry is ready.

Stain Removal Policy
- Stain Removal: We offer basic whitening (pre-treatment). Not guaranteed on tough stains.
