Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect your time and our drivers’ efforts, we ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 4 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time.
If we do not receive notice in time, or if there is a no-show:
A $5.99 service fee will be charged to cover the driver’s trip to your location.
This fee does not go to Oh Wow Cleaners — it goes directly to the driver for their time and travel.
This fee will be added to your final invoice.
We understand life happens — so we offer one free fee waiver per year for late cancellations or no-shows. In certain cases, such as emergencies, additional consideration may be given.
