Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Oh Wow Cleaners (“we,” “our,” or “ours”) for your laundry needs and services. By utilizing our goods and services, you acknowledge your agreement to our policies and terms of service.

Products:

We operate under a no refund/exchange policy, providing refunds only upon request. Please note that certain items and services cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, gift cards, personal care items, and services rendered. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas cannot be returned. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

In-Store Purchases: 

Damaged items may be returned or replaced without additional cost if reported immediately. Items must be returned immediately to be considered for exchange or refund. If you leave the store, you will not be eligible for an immediate refund.

Online Purchases: 

Report any damage within 7 business days of delivery. If the damage occurred in transit, we will contact the shipping company on your behalf and do our best to get you a replacement. We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages but will assist in resolving the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the refund process. We are not responsible for items damaged or misplaced by the buyer after purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return request or damaged goods, we will notify you of the refund status via call, text, or email.

Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional business days for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund. If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, please contact us.

Self-Service Wash:

Liability from self-service washes mostly lies with the individual. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged laundry caused by the customer. Use the washers and dryers or other equipment at your own risk, as we are not liable for any damage or injury that may occur.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for any items (e.g., earrings, cell phones, money) or footwear (sneakers, boots) lost or damaged while using our equipment and machines.

Drop-Off Service:

Please carefully check your laundry bags for any items left inside before dropping them off. We are not responsible for any damage caused by items such as lipstick or nails left in pockets that may harm clothing during washing.

We are not accountable for any damage or loss to your laundry before drop-off. Should your laundry be damaged or lost while under our care, we will promptly investigate. If it is found that the incident occurred on our premises and it is our fault, we will provide a refund and offer cash or store credit for replacement. The cash assistance will be based on the current market value, up to $50.00 USD.

When picking up your laundered clothes, please inspect them thoroughly and report any issues within twenty-four (24) hours. Your satisfaction and the care of your garments are our top priorities.

Pick-Up and Delivery Service:

We are not liable for any damage or loss to your laundry during pick-ups or after deliveries. If your laundry is damaged or lost while in our care, we will conduct a prompt investigation. If it is determined that the incident was due to our negligence, we will provide a refund and offer cash or store credit for replacement. The cash assistance will be based on the current market value, up to $50.00 USD.

Return Policy:

To initiate a return or request a refund, contact us at info@ohwowcleaners.com for further instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for errors made by the purchaser during the return process.

We stand by our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our wash, you’ll receive a free wash. If you’re still not satisfied after a second wash, we’ll provide a full refund.
