This policy outlines our refund guidelines for services and products.
Washer & Dryer Machine Refunds
Disclaimer: Please use machines at your own risk! Refunds must be approved by a manager.
- Refunds: Only issued for mechanical issues (e.g., machine didn’t start, no water).
- We do not issue refunds for the following:
- Clothing Damage: Rips, burns, or smoke smell unless directly caused by a machine malfunction.
- Overloading Machines: Overloading may cause malfunction. Do not exceed the recommended 30 lb limit in dryers.
- High Temperatures: Our dryers are highly efficient and do not require high heat. Medium heat is typically enough for light items. Using excessive heat or running a full 30-minute cycle for light clothing may cause damage and will void refund eligibility.
- Leaving Items in Clothing: Gum, oil and lighters can cause malfunctions, fires, or smoke.
- Not Checking the Drum: Always inspect the drum before use to avoid issues.
If machines are misused in any way described above, including high heat, overloading, or ignoring posted recommendations, you will automatically be disqualified from receiving a refund. If unsure, please speak with an attendant before use.
Laundry Services Refunds (Wash & Fold / Pick-Up & Delivery)
- Generally No Refunds: We typically don’t offer refunds for laundry services unless we’ve made a clear error.
- Investigation & Manager Approval: If you believe we made a mistake, please contact us. We’ll investigate, and any exceptions to this policy require manager approval.
- 72-Hour Reporting Window: All service issues must be reported within 72 hours of pick-up or delivery.
- Care Labels: We follow care instructions only if requested. If you request contrary methods or no label is provided, you accept responsibility.
- Limitation of Liability: Max liability is $200/order. Claims must be made within 72 hours and take 5–7 days to process.
- Stain Removal: We can suggest what might work, but we do not guarantee stain removal. We do not offer removal of oils, grease, blood, ink, or any stubborn stain.

- If you’re not satisfied with your wash & fold or pick-up and delivery service, you’re eligible for unlimited re-washes until you’re happy OR a full refund of the amount paid.
- This guarantee is valid once per customer.
Laundry Products & Accessories Refunds
- Product Refunds: We may offer a refund for a product purchased before you leave the laundromat or store. However, all sales are final once the item has left the premises, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Please note: Refunds will not be issued for items that appear used, opened, or tampered with. Perishable or unsealed items (like liquid detergent or anything lacking a safety seal) are strictly non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
